What are the current recommendations for use of recombinant Factor VIIa?
  Recombinant Factor VIIa is used for the treatment of bleeding episodes and in surgery in patients with inherited or acquired hemophilia with inhibitors to coagulation Factors VIII or IX >10BU or in patients with antibody titer <10BU who are expected to have a high anamnestic response to Factor VIII or Factor IX.
