What are the effects of recombinant Factor VIIa on prothrombin time (PT)?
In patients with hemophilia A/B with inhibitors, the PT shortened to an approximate 7-second plateau at a Factor VII:C level of approximately 5U/mL. For Factor VII:C levels > 5 U/mL, there is no further change in PT.
